Welcome to Big Best Engineering (BBE). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

This document also includes our Warranty Policy, Delivery & Installation Policy, and Return & Cancellation Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue the use of this website.

BBE reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

• Final specifications shall be confirmed through the official quotation or purchase documents.

5. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations issued by Big Best Engineering are subject to the following conditions:

• Quotations are valid only for the validity period mentioned in the quotation.
• Prices may change due to fluctuations in raw material costs, taxes, freight charges, or government regulations.
• GST, freight, installation, and any other applicable charges are extra unless specifically mentioned.
• A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order.

6. Orders & Payments

An order shall be considered confirmed only after:

• Receipt of an official Purchase Order (where applicable).
• Receipt of the agreed advance payment (if applicable).
• Written confirmation issued by Big Best Engineering.

Production shall commence only after order confirmation. Delayed payments may result in delayed production, dispatch, or installation.

7. Manufacturing

Most products manufactured by Big Best Engineering are customized according to customer requirements. Manufacturing timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

• Raw material availability
• Production scheduling
• Customer-requested modifications
• Government restrictions
• Transport disruptions
• Events beyond our reasonable control

BBE shall not be liable for delays arising from such circumstances.

8. Delivery & Installation Policy

Delivery

• Estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only.
• Actual delivery may vary depending upon production schedules, transportation availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must ensure that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for receiving heavy industrial equipment.
• Risk associated with the equipment shall pass to the customer upon delivery or dispatch, as agreed in the commercial terms.

Installation

Where installation services are included, customers shall ensure that the site is fully prepared before the scheduled installation date. This includes:

• Electrical connection
• Water supply
• Drainage system
• Civil work (if required)
• Safe and accessible installation area

Delays resulting from incomplete site preparation shall not be the responsibility of Big Best Engineering.

9. Warranty Policy

Big Best Engineering provides a standard one (1) year warranty from the date of installation or invoice (whichever is applicable), unless otherwise specified in the quotation, invoice, or purchase agreement.

Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects in workmanship under normal operating conditions. If a product or component is found to have a manufacturing defect, Big Best Engineering may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part.

Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to:

• Improper installation by unauthorized persons.
• Incorrect operation or misuse.
• Electrical fluctuations or unstable power supply.
• Physical or accidental damage.
• Fire, flood, lightning, or natural disasters.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Lack of routine maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Consumable parts unless specifically covered.

Transportation Charges

If any product, spare part, or component is required to be returned to Big Best Engineering for inspection, repair, or replacement under warranty:

• The customer shall bear all transportation, packing, courier, loading/unloading, insurance, and logistics charges for sending the item to BBE.
• After repair or replacement, the customer shall also bear the transportation and delivery charges for returning the item to their location unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The warranty covers eligible repair or replacement only and does not include transportation or logistics expenses.

On-Site Service & Travel Charges

Where on-site inspection, installation support, repair, maintenance, or warranty service requires a Big Best Engineering (BBE) representative to visit the customer's location, the following terms shall apply:

• The customer shall bear all travel-related expenses of the BBE representative, including transportation, accommodation (if required), local conveyance, boarding, lodging, and other reasonable out-of-pocket expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• During the applicable warranty period, labour charges for warranty-covered manufacturing defects may be waived; however, travel and visit-related expenses shall remain the responsibility of the customer unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the quotation or service agreement.
• Any repairs outside warranty coverage, replacement of consumable parts, or additional services requested by the customer shall be chargeable.

Warranty Claim Procedure

Customers must provide:

• Purchase invoice
• Machine serial number (if applicable)
• Description of the issue
• Photographs or videos (if requested)

BBE reserves the right to inspect the equipment before approving any warranty claim. Warranty service may be provided through remote technical support, on-site inspection, or repair at the BBE service facility depending upon the nature of the issue.

10. Return & Cancellation Policy

As most products manufactured by Big Best Engineering are customized according to customer requirements:

• Customized products are generally non-returnable.
• Orders already under production cannot normally be cancelled.
• Cancellation requests before production begins may be considered at the sole discretion of the company.
• Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery.
• Any transit damage or missing items should be reported promptly after delivery.

Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed only after inspection and approval by Big Best Engineering.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Big Best Engineering shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of profit
• Indirect losses
• Production downtime
• Consequential damages

The total liability of Big Best Engineering shall not exceed the value of the products supplied unless otherwise required under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content including: Logos, Product photographs, Product catalogues, Technical documents, Graphics, Website design, Text, and Branding is the exclusive property of Big Best Engineering.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Changes to These Terms

Big Best Engineering reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated revision date.
